A Different Kind of Crossing

If you’re here, you may already understand that something is changing — in the world and in your own life.

You may feel called toward regeneration, coherence, and more life-giving ways of living and leading. And yet, when it comes to your own direction, clarity feels just out of reach.

This is a common but rarely named threshold:
understanding the need for a new paradigm, while still operating internally from the old one.

Wyld Within exists to support people crossing that internal shift.

About the Founder

For years, I tried to think my way into clarity.

On paper, my life worked. I was doing meaningful work in restoration ecology and supporting small family farmers. But internally, something felt unsettled. I found myself caught in familiar thought loops, trying to “figure out” what was wrong and what new path I should take.

I thought that remote work, travel, and living in a new place would resolve the quiet knowing that my external life didn’t fully reflect who I was on the inside. But even after moving to my dream location, the tension remained.

I still felt the persistent sense that I wasn’t contributing to the world in the way I was meant to.

When I discovered the regenerative movement, it felt like finding my tribe. I joined Laura Storm’s first Regenerators cohort in 2022 and became an nRhythm Fellow in 2023. The ideas felt natural to me — almost like remembering something I already knew. But they also revealed something deeper: while I understood regeneration conceptually, my own nervous system was still operating from urgency, optimization, and survival.

The real shift didn’t come from more insight. It came from understanding how my body was responding to uncertainty — and learning to restore coherence instead of forcing answers.

That crossing changed how I live, how I work, and how I guide others.

It shifted me from striving to listening, from urgency to coherence, and from searching for my role to living it.

What I Help People Do

I help thoughtful, capable people:

  • understand why clarity disappears during change

  • recognize how survival strategies shape identity and decision-making

  • restore internal coherence

  • differentiate intuition from fear and conditioning

  • move from pressure into aligned contribution

This work does not tell you who to be.
It helps you access the conditions where your own direction becomes clear.

Over time, my work has expanded to include the deeper relational and cultural layers that shape how we disconnect — from nature, from one another, and from ourselves.

These dimensions are explored gently and contextually, depending on readiness and interest.

They are invitations, not prerequisites.

The way I guide people through this crossing is grounded in nervous system awareness, coherence, and embodied discernment.

I don’t offer formulas or fixed answers. I help create the internal conditions where clarity and aligned contribution can emerge.

Background & Experience

I come to this work through a blend of ecological systems thinking and lived personal transformation.

My early career was rooted in restoration ecology and natural resource program management, where I supported land stewardship, watershed and soil health. Working at the intersection of science, land, and community shaped my understanding of living systems — and how mechanistic frameworks quietly shape the way we organize, lead, and make decisions.

In 2021, I became a Certified Intuitive Life Coach and Certified Professional Coach (ICF credential in progress). Alongside this training, I deepened my study of somatic and nervous-system–aware facilitation.

Over time, I began to see a missing link in many regenerative conversations. The strategy was there. The systems thinking was there. But the internal work — how to become a regenerative human — was often left unaddressed.

We cannot build regenerative businesses or communities from mechanistic nervous systems. Humans are the basic unit of every organization.

Immersed in regenerative leadership programs, courses, and fellowships, I expanded my understanding of systems change through a business and cultural lens. At the same time, my own lived crossing from urgency and optimization into coherence reshaped how I understood leadership itself.

Today, I integrate ecological systems thinking, regenerative leadership principles, and embodied practice to support people navigating identity shifts, transitions, and aligned contribution.

This is not theory for me.
It is lived practice.

If this resonates

If you’re feeling the quiet tension of transition — the sense that something is shifting but not yet fully formed — you don’t need to force clarity.

You don’t need to optimize yourself into alignment.
You don’t need to decide your contribution before you’re ready.

You may simply be standing at a threshold.

This work is here to support you in crossing it — gently, coherently, and in your own time.

You can begin with an upcoming workshop, explore a guided resource, or simply stay connected as this work continues to unfold.
