Rates

My coaching, accountability partnering and trainings are offered on a sliding scale.  Access to resources and wealth is not presently equitable; therefore, I use these different rates to be mindful of this disparity and redistribute resources to my clients.

*The Solidarity Rate is prioritized for individuals and organizations that are doing movement building work and/or work to build a solidarity economy, and are led by communities of color, immigrants, and/or working class and poor people.

Coaching Package Rate

Solidarity*

$1,350 for 2 months of coaching

$1,890 for 3 months of coaching

For individuals with a salary less than $80,000/year (FTE) 

Full Cost

$2,000 for 2 months of coaching

$2,800 for 3 months of coaching

For individuals with a salary between $80,000-$150,000/year (FTE)

Redistribution 

$3,500 for 2 months of coaching

$4,900 for 3 months of coaching

For individuals with a salary more than $150,000/year (FTE)

Accountability with Coaching Package Rate

$2,295 for 3 months of accountability & coaching

Your salary is less than $80,000/year (FTE)

Full Cost

$3,800 for 3 months of accountability & coaching

The highest paid staff member is paid between $80,000-$150,000/year (FTE)

Redistribution 

$6,650 for 3 months of accountability & coaching

For individuals with a salary more than $150,000/year (FTE)

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates apply to coaching, accountability and facilitation work.  Please note that my hourly rate does not include prep and follow-up time, nor does it include travel, lodging, and per diem expenses.

For organizations with annual budgets above $5 million
